Burningham & Burningham is an association of three sole practitioners with a collective 65 years legal experience. Our practice focuses on the representation of publicly-held corporations. Our attorneys have expertise in all areas of federal and state securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, transactional securities exemptions, registered and private securities offerings, proxy solicitations and compliance with reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
